One such class, the innovative and fashionable Pole Fitness will debut on the 23rd with a massive 10 classes running over two days each week. This class promoted by celebs such as Jude Law and Carmen Electra will burn more calories than an average gym session and will provide more muscle tone!
Niall Newman, founder of Learn To Dance say’s “The company’s growth nationally is a direct result of our ability to take the fear factor from dancing and make it enjoyable. Dance Zone is an exciting move in the right direction; my aim has always been to promote dancing in a fun manner so even if you have 2 left feet you can benefit from the exercise and co-ordination. This is not to say that there are no serious dancers, I am always on the look out for talent.”
The company provides themed evenings with experienced dancers and live salsa bands where people can use their skills in social surroundings. There are competitions for the kid’s where entertainment is put in place to make it a day for all the family.
