Dance Transformation

Love to Dance successfully brought dance fitness classes to Ireland. Now we are introducing Dance Transformation. This unique concept combines all you need to improve your wellbeing.
These classes will offer different styles of dance workouts, Hip Hop, Strictly Come Dance and Pole Fitness and will be suitable for all levels of fitness. Each term you will have something new to choose from with all classes offering a high impact cardio workout. The emphasis of Dance Transformation is to bring enjoyment into exercise while losing weight, gaining confidence and feeling good about you.
Dance Transformation will also have a fitness and weight management programme. Participants will be given a carefully designed booklet when they enrol on the first night of term with tips and advice from our celebrity experts. The booklet will include a diet plan promoting healthy eating and will give a week by week easy to follow meal plan with fitness exercises to do from home. Celia Holman Lee has fashion tips and we have expert hair and make up advice that will make the transformation complete.
Each week there will be a discreet weigh-in for all participants who would like to monitor their weight. This is not compulsory, however, taking part in the weigh-in gives you the possibilty of winning great prizes.
